Transport costs and free shipping
Transport costs will be borne by the customer for goods with a value of less than 300 lei. Payment will be made to the logistics operator at the time of delivery of the parcel. The cost of expedition it's relative to weight of goods:

We recommend that you check the condition of the packaging and for those that show advanced signs of damage, dents or bends that may affect the products inside, please refuse the parcel(s).
Order processing and delivery of goods
Orders are processed within 48 working hours of dispatch.
Delivery will be made through a logistic operator suitable for the type of goods. The delivery time will not exceed 48 hours from the date and time of processing your order. Your order is considered valid when the payment process is completed.
Product guarantee
The products sold on our website, pixartdeco.com, are used, old products. We try to highlight as much as possible the important details from this perspective, through pictures with great detail and description. Please make sure that you have made an informed purchase decision.
The warranty conditions are provided by law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992 and we abide by them.
30 days right of return
Each of us is a customer, so we understand our customers' wishes very well. For your orders you have 30 calendar days in which you can change your mind and return the products without giving a reason (according to the emergency ordinance 34/2014).
Once we receive the products we will make the necessary arrangements for the return of the money, directly to your bank account. To start the return process, please fill in the return form.
